Explanation of attached raw data:
The following page is a chromatographic graph generated by a High Pressure Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC). The peak of interest in these chromatograms is the one called Allicin. This compound is considered to be an active ingredient marker of garlic and is also considered to be an indicator of efficacy in a number of studies on garlic and heart disease. The samples are named SHD 1-10 representing the 10 different samples which you sent to Hedron.
Important to note is the consistency throughout all ten samples. Statistically, these numbers show a mean value of 82-9 and a standard deviation of 4.19 leading to a coefficient of variation of just over 5%. This is an excellent CV, with numbers as high as 15% considered acceptable. A low CV percentage such as this indicates a very consistent product. The chromatograms laid diagonally illustrates this point dramatically.
Our conclusion The Strauss Heartdrops ® are manufactured with quality control measures in place which allow for a stable and consistent product.
